With the Tempest 2 Bundle, the 2-year MAD Heaters manufacturer warranty applies to the TEMPEST 2 itself. The YLL 3.0 Induction Heater is covered separately by MAD Heaters for 1 year — this is important to know if the IH fails later: complaints are handled by product, not via the Bundle package.

No. MAD Heaters explicitly supplies the Bundle without 18650 batteries for the induction heater. You need two high-quality 18650 lithium-ion cells (e.g. Sony VTC5A or Molicel P26A), which you buy separately from a specialist retailer. Cost: around 15 euro per pair.
