The Ispire The Wand by Ispire is a portable induction heater that handles both dry herb and concentrates. Two replaceable 18650 batteries provide the power, and a digital display shows the temperature anywhere between 120 and 425 °C. At 250 g, the device is light enough for pocket carry.

What sets the Wand apart is its versatility: it works as a standalone herb vaporizer, as an induction heater for DynaVap devices, and in banger mode for concentrates through a water pipe. Current prices from multiple retailers are listed in the Ispire The Wand price comparison.

Induction heating explained

The Ispire The Wand uses induction heating — the same principle behind induction stovetops. A coil generates an alternating electromagnetic field that heats metal placed nearby. There is no glowing heating element and no hot air stream flowing over a coil. The result: very fast heat-up and accurate temperature control.

Compared to standard convection or conduction vaporizers, induction has a key advantage: energy is generated directly in the metal crucible or DynaVap cap, not transferred through air or walls. That saves time and battery. Compared to a butane torch, you eliminate flame, wind sensitivity, and inconsistent heating. The Wand packs induction into a portable, pen-sized format — unlike stationary induction heaters such as the Cuboo Heater.
