DynaVap WPA Adapter

What is it?

A water pipe adapter (WPA) made of borosilicate glass that takes the place of the VapCap body: the tip with its cap slides into the adapter’s socket, and the other end sits in the female joint of your bong. Thanks to the stepped shape, the same adapter fits 10, 14 and 18 mm joints.

It is a third-party accessory (The Stash Shack among others) that shops list as “Water Tool Adapter”, “Universal Glass Adapter” or “3-in-1 WPA”. At roughly 74 mm it stays compact.

Compatibility

Fits all standard DynaVap tips: M series, Omni, Vong and NonaVong, B, plus titanium or stainless steel tips. Tip and cap are not included. On the glass side, your bong or bubbler needs a female joint in 10, 14 or 18 mm.

Not to be confused with the official DynaVap 10/14mm Glass Adapter, which is a small joint reducer from 10 to 14 mm rather than an adapter with a tip socket.

How to use it

Pull the tip with cap off the body and push it fully into the adapter; the tip’s O-rings seal it, and a touch of DynaWax makes it easier. Place the adapter in the bong, heat the cap with a torch or induction heater until it clicks, as usual, and draw through the water. The vapour arrives noticeably cooler and smoother.

Care

Rinse with isopropyl alcohol (99%) every few sessions; resin dissolves without residue. Check the glass for cracks before inserting it and replace the tip’s O-rings regularly, otherwise the tip sits loose in the adapter.

The same product appears under different names depending on the shop, sometimes with DynaVap listed as the brand even though it is not an original part. Compare prices and availability in our price comparison; when prices differ a lot, check shipping costs and the destination country.
