Longer = cooler

The XL body extends the vapour path by around 3 cm. As a result, the vapour reaches the mouthpiece noticeably cooler. A good option for DynaVap users who find the standard M7 too warm on the draw.

Same tip as the M7

The M7 XL uses the same tip and cap. All M7 features are included – improved airflow, click system, dosing capsule compatibility. Only the body is longer.

M7 XL vs. M7: Which length suits you?

The M7 XL is identical to the M7 — same tip, same cap, same click system. The only difference: 3 cm more body length. That extends the vapour path and cools the vapour noticeably.

If you like short, punchy draws, stick with the M7. If you have sensitive lips or prefer slower draws, you will benefit from the XL format. Both are compatible with all DynaVap accessories.

Heating and technology

Heating works like it does on all DynaVap models: put on the cap, rotate with the jet flame lighter, inhale at the click. The M7 XL uses the same tip as the M7 — heat-up time is 7 seconds.

Because of the longer body, you need to position the lighter slightly lower down. The grip stays cooler during heating than on the standard M7, because more metal distributes the heat.

How Do I Clean and Maintain My Vaporizer?

The M7 XL comes apart into three parts: cap, tip and body. All parts are made of stainless steel and handle isopropanol baths without any issues. Soak in 99% iso for 10 minutes once a week, run a pipe cleaner through it, done.

The O-rings on the tip last around 6 months with daily use. Replacements are included with every DynaVap delivery. No wear parts, no battery — with proper care, the XL lasts for years.

Accessories for the M7 XL

All M7 accessories also fit the XL: dosing capsules, titanium tips, WPA adapter (10 mm), induction heater and storage tubes. Because of the longer format, however, it does not fit in all DynaVap tubes — the XL version of the DynaStash is recommended.

Out and about with Butane

The M7 XL needs neither electricity nor charging time — just a jet flame lighter. On outdoor trips, at festivals or when flying (lighter allowed in hand luggage), that is an advantage over battery-powered devices. You will barely notice the 45 g in your pocket.

Downside: wind. In strong wind, heating becomes difficult. A storm lighter or a curved Dynavap lighter helps.

Water filter connection (WPA)

The M7 XL has a direct 10-mm connection for bongs and bubblers. Simply insert the body into a 10-mm joint — no separate adapter needed. With a water filter, the vapour becomes even cooler, which is especially pleasant with the XL format.

Cleaning & care

Regular cleaning keeps the M7 XL in top condition and ensures pure flavour. After each session, brush out the chamber and remove loose residue. Once a week, clean the mouthpiece and vapour path with isopropyl alcohol (at least 90%).

What Are the Ideal Temperature Settings?

The right temperature on the M7 XL determines flavour, vapour density and active compound profile. Lower temperatures (170–185 °C) emphasise terpenes and deliver mild, aromatic vapour. Higher temperatures (195–210 °C) produce denser clouds and a stronger effect.

Butane operation and maintenance

Butane vaporisers do not need a battery or charger. You need a jet-flame lighter or a compatible induction heater. For cleaning: disassemble the parts and soak them in isopropanol. Replace screens regularly for optimal airflow. Butane costs around 3-5 euros per can and lasts for hundreds of sessions.
