Battery Charging Tips for the Tinymight 2. You can find the complete overview on the main page.
Battery Charging Tips
The Tinymight 2 uses a replaceable 18650 lithium-ion battery. One Molicel battery is included in the package.
Compatible batteries:
The Tinymight 2 is very powerful and requires high-drain cells. Only the following Molicel models are recommended:
- Molicel P30B (3,000 mAh)
- Molicel P28A (2,800 mAh)
- Molicel P26A (2,600 mAh)
Warning: Other 18650 batteries may provide insufficient performance or pose a safety risk. Only use original batteries or Molicel cells from trusted sources.
Charging:
Charging is done via USB with a cable and an adapter capable of at least 2A output. A full charge from 0 to 90% takes approximately 1.5 hours. The aluminum bottom panel gets warm during charging - this is normal as it acts as a heatsink.
Charging only starts when the battery voltage has dropped sufficiently. If charging doesn't begin, the battery is still too full for a new charging cycle.
