Key Facts — High Labs Trippy 2 Portable · Heating: Conduction · Battery: 2600 mAh · Weight: 90g · From: €77 · Shops: 2

The High Labs Trippy 2 is the second generation of the Polish conduction vaporizer. In the hands-on test, the device scores 8.5–9 out of 10: dense, surprisingly cool vapour from the first draw, no throat irritation, and noticeable draw resistance as you would expect from pure conduction. The battery grew from 1800 to 2600 mAh (~80 min, ~12 sessions), USB-C charges 75 % faster, and a vibration signal indicates the target temperature. Five presets from 160 to 220 °C, ceramic chamber, isolated glass vapour path, 90 g stainless steel body. Our price comparison shows the current offers from across Europe.

Hands-on impression: 8.5 to 9 out of 10 in the practical test

The Trippy 2 delivers usable vapour from the very first draw — the ceramic chamber heats up in around 25 seconds, and nothing scratches the throat. Compared directly with convection hybrids such as the Wiesi, the draw resistance is noticeable (typical of conduction), but flavour and vapour density arrive immediately. The cooling is remarkable: the double-walled glass vapour path absorbs the heat, so even level 5 (220 °C) remains pleasant — in reviews, the vapour is described as "surprisingly cool" and "not harsh". Testers award it 8.5 to 9 out of 10. Points are mainly deducted for the mediocre packaging finish (the inner folds are not always neatly aligned) and the small chamber with a maximum of 0.25 g.

How good is the High Labs Trippy 2 in the test? +

In the hands-on test, the Trippy 2 scores 8.5 to 9 out of 10. Testers praise the dense, surprisingly cool vapour from the first draw, the lack of throat irritation, and the simple operation. Points are deducted for the mediocre packaging quality and the small chamber (0.25 g maximum).

How do you clean the Trippy 2 properly? +

Soak the glass tube, mouthpiece and bottom piece in isopropanol (90 %+) — 10 to 15 minutes is enough, and especially the silicone should not be left in an iso bath for more than 30 minutes. Wipe out the chamber dry with cotton buds, then go over it again with an iso-soaked cotton bud. Important: do not let any iso run into the electronics. Let all parts dry completely before reassembly, then heat it once without material.

What makes the Trippy 2 different from the Trippy 1? +

The battery grew from 1800 to 2600 mAh (+30 % runtime, about 12 instead of 9 sessions). USB-C charges 75 % faster. A vibration signal indicates the target temperature. The five temperatures (160, 175, 190, 205, 220 °C) are spaced more evenly — even the lowest level delivers more flavour than the predecessor. Chamber, glass vapour path and body remain unchanged.

Trippy 2 or Wiesi — which one suits me? +

The Trippy 2 is pure conduction: more draw resistance, simple operation, dense vapour from draw 1. The Wiesi (convection hybrid) offers an easier draw and a bit more convection clarity, but usually costs more. Flavour and cloud production are on a par. For an entry-level option in the 80- to 90-euro range with a pocket-sized format, the Trippy 2 is the better choice.

What does the High Labs Trippy 2 cost? +

The list price is around 85 euros. At Polish shops, you can currently find it for around 87 euros (converted from 379 PLN). Our up-to-date prices are shown in the price comparison above on the page — the spiders crawl every 24 hours.

Is the Trippy 2 suitable for beginners? +

Yes. Operation is via a single button, five preset temperatures, and a vibration signal when it is ready — no app, no display-reading learning curve, no calibration of draw behaviour. Recommendation for starting out: 175 to 190 °C, which delivers flavour-focused vapour without irritation.
