1. Pull out the glass tube: Grip the groove at the upper end of the mouthpiece with your fingernails and pull it upwards carefully. Place it directly into the first cup of isopropyl alcohol.
2. Remove the mouthpiece and bottom section: Place both parts in the second cup of isopropyl alcohol.
3. Scrape out dry crumbs: Before using isopropyl alcohol, scrape out the coarse deposits with a blunt tool (NOT a pointed one — it could puncture the screen at the bottom of the chamber) and drop them into the cup of isopropyl alcohol.
4. Wipe out the chamber: First use a dry cotton bud, then briefly dip a second cotton bud in isopropyl alcohol and wipe along the chamber walls.
