About this vaporizer
The DynaVap M7 is a stainless steel butane-powered hybrid vaporizer - the 2023 model of DynaVap's classic M line. The seven in the name stands for the year of introduction and refers to revised features: improved cooling fin profile, more precise VapCap mechanism and revised mouthpiece. The operating temperature is around 220°C and the heating time using the burner is 7 seconds.
The device is compatible with hookahs and supports dosing caps. It does not require a battery and works anywhere with a butane torch. Compared to the M Plus, the heating chamber geometry and mouthpiece design of the M7 have been refined.

It is heated externally with a suitable lighter or induction heater; the cap's click signals the operating range. DynaVap states a weight of 17.3 g, a length of 9.1 cm and a heat-up time of approximately 10–12 seconds for the standard model.
Its strength is the small, adjustable herb chamber: it holds around 0.1 g and can be halved for smaller loads. There is no digital temperature selection. The result and vapour volume therefore depend more heavily on the heating position, heat source and drawing technique than with an electronically controlled vaporizer.
M7 or M7 XL: the specific difference
The M7 and M7 XL use the same M7 tip and the same adjustable herb chamber. The main difference is behind the tip: the M7 XL adds a longer condenser and an extended mouthpiece. This increases its length to 10.8 cm and its weight to 26 g. The XL mouthpiece offers six additional airflow settings.

How manual temperature control works
The M7 has no sensor that sets or displays a fixed temperature. Instead, the cap is heated evenly until it clicks. Heating duration, distance and flame position, or the performance curve of the induction heater, affect the result. Specifying a single maximum temperature would therefore imply false precision.
Three constants help produce repeatable sessions: the same heat source, the same heating position and a similar draw. The next heating cycle can begin after the cool-down click. The cap and tip become very hot during use and should be allowed to cool completely before being touched or disassembled.
Adjust-a-Bowl and microdosing
The adjustable chamber can be used in its full or half setting. This allows the amount of material to be reduced without requiring a separate dosing capsule. DynaVap does not list a dedicated dosing capsule approval for the M7 in its official compatibility list; the half bowl is the documented solution for small loads.
The chamber should be filled loosely and level with the rim. Material packed too tightly restricts airflow and makes even extraction more difficult.
Compatibility with water filters and accessories
The M7 mouthpiece fits many 10-mm connections without an additional adapter. DynaVap also officially lists The Wand and the YLL induction heater, DynaStash, SlingStash and DynaCoil as compatible accessory families. This does not constitute blanket approval for every older or third-party DynaVap part.
