ABV Peanut Butter S’mores

ABV s’mores are a campfire classic made even better. The peanut butter carries the cannabinoids and adds a rich, nutty layer that balances the sweetness of the marshmallow and chocolate.

What is ABV?

ABV stands for “Already Been Vaped” — it’s the cannabis left over after vaporizing. Because it’s already been heated, the decarboxylation process is complete and the cannabinoids are active. You can use ABV directly in recipes without any additional heating.

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers
  • Peanut butter
  • Large marshmallows
  • Chocolate bar
  • ABV (finely ground)
  • Culinary torch (or campfire)

Instructions

  1. Grind your ABV as finely as possible.
  2. Place two graham crackers on a flat plate.
  3. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on one side of each cracker.
  4. Sprinkle finely ground ABV evenly over the peanut butter.
  5. Using a torch, toast a marshmallow until golden and melted. Place on one cracker.
  6. Lay a piece of chocolate on the other cracker.
  7. Press the two crackers together and enjoy.

Tips

  • ABV potency varies — start with less than you think and eat S’more only after waiting 90 minutes.
  • The chocolate and peanut butter both provide fat to help cannabinoid absorption.
  • If you don’t have a torch, these work great over a campfire or a gas burner.
