ABV Mac and Cheese

ABV mac and cheese is the ultimate lazy-day edible. Microwave Easy Mac is the base — add ABV and bacon bits and you have a full meal ready in under 5 minutes.

What is ABV?

ABV stands for “Already Been Vaped” — it’s the cannabis left over after vaporizing. Because it’s already been heated, the decarboxylation process is complete and the cannabinoids are active. You can use ABV directly in recipes without any additional heating.

Ingredients

  • 1 microwave Easy Mac container
  • 1–2 tablespoons bacon crumbles
  • ABV (finely ground)
  • Water (to fill line)

Instructions

  1. Remove the lid and cheese sauce packet from the Easy Mac container. Set aside.
  2. Add water to the fill line inside the container.
  3. Microwave for approximately 3.5 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove from the microwave (it will be hot).
  5. Mix in the cheese sauce packet.
  6. Add 1 spoonful (or more) of finely ground ABV and stir.
  7. Add 1–2 spoonfuls of bacon crumbles. Stir and serve.

Tips

  • The cheese sauce provides the fat base that helps your body absorb the ABV cannabinoids.
  • Start with one spoonful of ABV your first time and adjust up from there.
  • You can substitute the Easy Mac for homemade mac and cheese — just add your ABV when stirring in the cheese.
