ABV Frozen Banana Pops

ABV banana pops combine the natural sweetness of frozen banana with peanut butter and crushed Oreos for a no-bake summer treat. The peanut butter delivers the fat needed for proper cannabinoid absorption.

What is ABV?

ABV stands for “Already Been Vaped” — it’s the cannabis left over after vaporizing. Because it’s already been heated, the decarboxylation process is complete and the cannabinoids are active. You can use ABV directly in recipes without any additional heating.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • Wooden skewers
  • ABV (finely ground)
  • Blender

Instructions

  1. Blend Oreo cookies in a blender until finely crushed. Pour onto a flat plate.
  2. Peel bananas and cut each in half crosswise.
  3. Spread each banana piece evenly with peanut butter.
  4. Insert a wooden skewer into the flat end of each banana.
  5. Sprinkle your finely ground ABV evenly over the peanut butter coating.
  6. Roll each banana pop in the crushed Oreo mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Place on a tray or plate and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.

Tips

  • The peanut butter fat layer is what makes the ABV absorb — don’t skip it.
  • Make a batch of 4–6 and keep them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Let the pops sit at room temperature for 2 minutes before eating — straight from the freezer they can be very hard.
