The RBT Splinter Z is a 510-thread convection vaporizer made of wood that draws on the power of a 510 box mod and comes without its own battery. The convection heating delivers clean, flavour-rich draws and operates at temperatures up to 230 °C. Thanks to the interchangeable 510 battery system, the Splinter Z connects to almost any common box mod.
Der RBT Splinter Z von RBT (Rasta Buddha Tao) ist ein handgefertigter Konvektions-Vaporizer aus Holz für 510-Mods. Er wird auf einen Box-Mod geschraubt und nutzt dessen Akku und Leistungsregelung. Artisan-Qualität trifft auf 510-Flexibilitaet. Im Preisvergleich liegt er bei rund 249 Euro.
510-Anschluss und Konvektion
Der Splinter Z wird auf einen handelsüblichen 510-Box-Mod geschraubt. Der Mod liefert den Strom, der Splinter macht den Dampf. Ein Glasrohr im Holzgehaeuse fuehrt heisse Luft per Konvektion durch das Material. Die Aufheizzeit liegt bei rund 5 Sekunden.
Box-Mod als Stromquelle
Da der Splinter Z keinen eigenen Akku hat, nutzt er den Akku des Box-Mods. Das bedeutet: austauschbare 18650-Zellen, praezise Watt-Steuerung und lange Laufzeit. Wer schon einen Mod besitzt, spart sich ein komplett neues Gerät.
Temperatursteuerung
Die Temperatur wird ueber die Wattzahl am Box-Mod geregelt. Im TC-Modus (Temperature Control) laesst sich die Maximaltemperatur von 230 Grad praezise einstellen. Auch Wattmodus funktioniert, erfordert aber mehr Feingefuehl.
Handwerkskunst und Dosierkapseln
Jeder Splinter Z wird von Hand aus Edelhölzern gefertigt. Die Maserung macht jedes Stueck zum Unikat. Dosierkapseln halten die Glaskammer sauber und erleichtern das Befuellen unterwegs. Der austauschbare Akku im Mod macht die Kombination reisetauglich.
