About this vaporizer
The XVape V-One 2.0 is a compact concentrate (wax) pen with a dual quartz coil (0.5 ohm), two temperature settings, and a 1,500mAh battery. Near-instant 2-second heat-up, Micro-USB charging. Includes a glass bubbler mouthpiece and magnetic dab tool. For concentrates only — no dry herb.
The XVape V-One 2.0 is a compact concentrate pen (wax pen) with a dual quartz coil (0.5 ohm), two temperature settings, and a built-in 1,500 mAh battery. It heats up almost instantly (around 2 seconds) and charges over Micro-USB. The kit includes a glass bubbler mouthpiece for water filtration and a magnetic dab tool with carb cap.
Important: the V-One 2.0 vaporizes concentrates only (wax, shatter, budder) — no dry herb. XMAX positions it as an affordable entry-level dab pen. Find current offers in the price comparison.

Dual Quartz Coil & Ceramic Dish
The V-One 2.0 uses a dual quartz coil rated at 0.5 ohm, seated in a ceramic dish. The recommended power is around 15–30 watts. The two quartz rods heat the concentrate by contact (conduction) and deliver dense, flavorful draws.
The big advantage over the ceramic disc of the first V-One generation: quartz heats up faster and is more flavor-neutral. XVape rates “instant heat” at around 2 seconds to readiness — noticeably quicker than most battery dab pens.
Research context: A study in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Hazekamp et al., 2006) showed that controlled vaporization releases most of the desired active compounds while largely avoiding combustion by-products. Source: PubMed 16637053
Two Temperature Settings (350/360 °C)
The V-One 2.0 offers two fixed temperature settings, indicated by LED color and toggled by pressing the main button three times. There is no degree-by-degree control — but operation is as simple as it gets.
| LED | Temperature | Vapor profile | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Green | approx. 350 °C (662 °F) | Aromatic, controlled | Flavor, terpenes |
| Red | approx. 360 °C (680 °F) | Dense, big clouds | Maximum vapor |
The two settings sit fairly close together — both within the classic dabbing range. If you want finer control across the whole temperature range, an e-rig like the Puffco New Proxy or the same-brand XMAX Qomo is the better fit.
Glass Bubbler & Mouthpiece
Unusual at this price: the V-One 2.0 ships with a glass bubbler mouthpiece. The water cools and filters the vapor, which makes the high dabbing temperatures noticeably smoother.
For on the go there is also a splash-proof stainless steel mouthpiece with a dome cover that prevents hot concentrate from splashing. Both mouthpieces are magnetic and swap without tools.
- Glass bubbler: cooler, smoother draws for home use
- Stainless steel mouthpiece: rugged and splash-proof for travel
- Magnetic dab tool with carb cap: doses the concentrate and regulates airflow
How Do I Charge the Battery Properly?
The 1,500 mAh battery is built in and lasts for plenty of dabs per charge depending on the temperature setting. Charging is over Micro-USB — dated in 2026; most newer pens use USB-C. A charging stand is included.
Battery comparison: concentrate pens
| Model | Battery | Coil | Port | Price from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| XVape V-One 2.0 | 1,500 mAh | Dual quartz 0.5 Ω | Micro-USB | budget |
| Puffco Plus | 520 mAh | Ceramic | USB | varies |
| Yocan Uni 3.0 | 650 mAh | 510 box mod | USB-C | varies |
At 1,500 mAh the V-One 2.0 has a relatively large battery for its class. The Micro-USB port is its biggest weak point.
Concentrates Only
The V-One 2.0 is a pure concentrate vaporizer. It works with wax, shatter, budder, crumble and similar extracts. Dry herb does not work — the open quartz coil is not designed for it.
Handy is the built-in concentrate container in the body, which lets you carry a small supply discreetly. If you want to vaporize dry herb, you need a different device — such as the Yocan Uni 3.0 as a 510 carrier, or a dedicated dry-herb portable.
Cleaning & Coil Replacement
Quartz coils are wear parts. With regular use a coil typically lasts a few weeks before flavor drops off. A spare coil (0.5 ohm dual quartz) is included in the kit.
Cleaning steps
- Let the device cool down while still warm after the last session (residual concentrate is easier to remove warm)
- Wipe the mouthpiece and coil chamber with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol
- Soak the glass bubbler separately in isopropyl alcohol and rinse it out
- Let all parts dry completely before refilling with concentrate
- Replace the coil once it tastes burnt or barely produces vapor
The quartz rods are delicate — do not overheat them dry and do not scrape them hard with metal.
What's in the Box?
In the XVape V-One 2.0 kit:
- V-One 2.0 battery unit (1,500 mAh)
- Dual quartz coil (0.5 ohm, pre-installed)
- Spare dual quartz coil
- Glass bubbler mouthpiece
- Stainless steel mouthpiece with dome cover
- Magnetic dab tool with carb cap
- Spare seal rings
- Charging stand
- Micro-USB charging cable
- User manual
The second coil and the glass bubbler in the box are fair added value at this price.

Comparison: V-One 2.0 vs Puffco Plus vs Yocan Uni 3.0
Three affordable routes into concentrates — with different approaches:
| Feature | XVape V-One 2.0 | Puffco Plus | Yocan Uni 3.0 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Heating | Dual quartz coil | Ceramic chamber | 510 box (coil per cart) |
| Temperature | 2 settings | 3 settings | variable (voltage) |
| Battery | 1,500 mAh | 520 mAh | 650 mAh |
| Water filter | Glass bubbler in kit | no | no |
| Port | Micro-USB | USB | USB-C |
| Material | Concentrates | Concentrates | Concentrates (carts) |
The V-One 2.0 stands out with its large battery and bundled bubbler. The Puffco Plus has a closed ceramic chamber (no handling an open coil); the Yocan Uni 3.0 is the most flexible as a 510 carrier and already charges over USB-C.

The glass bubbler mouthpiece filters and cools the vapor with water. That makes the high dabbing temperatures noticeably smoother and is unusual at this price.
The V-One 2.0 has the larger battery (1,500 vs 520 mAh) and the bundled glass bubbler. The Puffco Plus offers a closed ceramic chamber where you do not handle an open coil — cleaner, but without a water filter.
The built-in battery holds 1,500 mAh — relatively large for a concentrate pen. It charges over Micro-USB; a charging stand is included.
