About this vaporizer
The Taroma 360 is QaromaShop's compact ball vaporizer, built around the same titanium ball convection system as their larger Taroma 3.0 but in a smaller footprint. It runs on AC power via a standard e-nail controller, which gives you very precise temperature regulation across a range of 191 to 254°C. That range covers a lot of ground — from light, flavor-focused hits at the lower end to thick, full extraction at the top.
Heat-up takes around three minutes, which is normal for ball vapes. The titanium balls need time to reach a stable temperature before convection becomes truly even. It's not a quick-session device in the way a portable is, but once it's up to temperature, the consistency is hard to match. Ball vaporizers are slow to start and exceptionally smooth once going — that's just the nature of the format.
Dosing capsule support is a practical bonus. Loading capsules rather than packing the chamber directly keeps things clean and makes back-to-back sessions easy to manage without tools. Water pipe compatibility is built into the design, which is standard for ball vapes — most users run these setups through a rig or bong, and the Taroma 360 is built with that in mind.
QaromaShop backs the 360 with a lifetime warranty, which is about as confident a statement about build quality as you can make. For anyone who already appreciates the ball vape format and wants something smaller than the 3.0, this is a well-considered option with serious vapor quality and long-term reliability built in.

The Taroma 360 from QaromaShop is among the first ball vapes on the market and has had a lasting impact on the desktop scene. Thanks to its 360-degree airflow design, hot air flows evenly through ruby or SiC balls, ensuring pure convection heating. The maximum temperature is 254 °C, controlled via a precise PID controller. As a mains-powered desktop unit, it is designed for stationary use – preferably through a water pipe. Compare prices in the Taroma 360 price comparison.

Ball vape principle: why balls improve vapour
Inside the Taroma 360 are around 200 small ruby or silicon carbide balls. They store thermal energy and transfer it to the airflow during inhalation. The result is even heat distribution that vapourises the material completely and gently. Unlike traditional heating elements, the temperature remains stable even during fast, powerful draws. The balls act like a heat buffer – even after 10 draws in a row, the temperature barely drops.
Research context: A study in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Hazekamp et al., 2006) showed that vaporisation at controlled temperatures releases over 95 % of the desired active compounds, while combustion by-products are largely avoided. Source: PubMed 16637053
360-degree airflow and PID control
The 360-degree design channels air through the ball chamber from all sides. This means no dead spots and no hotspots. The PID controller keeps the target temperature accurate to within ±1 °C – a level simple controllers cannot achieve. In practice, that means the first draw tastes just as good as the twentieth. Heat-up time is around 2–3 minutes, depending on the target temperature.
Dosing capsules and water filtration
The Taroma 360 supports dosing capsules, which make handling easier and reduce cleaning. The material is filled into the capsule, inserted, and simply removed after the session. For the full experience, many users recommend using it through a water pipe. The 14mm or 18mm connection fits common glass adapters. The combination of ball vape heat and water filtration delivers especially smooth, cool vapour.
Materials and build quality
QaromaShop manufactures the Taroma 360 in Malaysia. The housing is made from solid wood, while the heating core is stainless steel. The balls (ruby or SiC) are food-safe and last virtually forever. Altogether, the setup weighs around 1.5 kg – clearly a stationary device. The workmanship is solid and handcrafted rather than industrially polished, which suits the brand’s character.
360-degree convection
The name says it all: with the Taroma 360, hot air flows evenly through the material from all sides. This principle of 360-degree convection extracts active compounds especially efficiently because no part of the load remains untouched. The maximum temperature is 254 °C.
Elev8 Glass Gallery designed the Taroma as an open heating element that can be combined with various glass attachments. Whether used directly with a whip or through a water pipe, the heating unit remains the same. This modularity sets the Taroma apart from closed desktop systems.
What Dosing Capsules and Accessories Are Available?
The Taroma 360 supports dosing capsules, which make filling and cleaning easier. Simply fill the capsule beforehand, insert it, and remove it after the session. The chamber stays clean, and when out and about you can keep several capsules ready to use.
Accessories include glass whips, various bowls and WPA adapters for water pipes. Because everything is made of glass, you only taste the pure vapour -- no plastic or metal flavours. For cleaning, isopropyl alcohol and a bit of patience are enough.
