Two 18650 cells sit inside the closed base. The current replacement base specifies 3200 mAh per cell, while the older complete-unit page says 2×2600 mAh and its table says 2598 mAh. A single aggregate capacity therefore remains unset. Charging is by USB-C; use while charging is not documented.
