No. Like all DynaVap devices, the OmniVong XL is battery-free. You heat the titanium tip with an external flame, usually a butane torch. There are no electronics and no charging port.
Through the click cap: a bimetallic mechanism clicks audibly as soon as the vaporization temperature has been reached. A second click during cooling shows that it can be heated again.
Yes. The wooden stem has a 14-millimetre taper built directly into it, which fits most 14-mm water pipes without an adapter.
