Cannabis Hardware Zenleaf Moab

The Zenleaf Moab uses pure convection. Hot air flows through the material without touching it directly. The result: even extraction across the entire load, even without tight packing.

At 343 °C maximum temperature, the Moab sits well above the standard range (220-230 °C). This enables complete extraction of all active compounds, including higher-boiling substances. For everyday use, 180-210 °C is sufficient -- the extra headroom serves specialized applications.

Convection delivers cleaner, more flavorful vapor than conduction. Since herbs never rest against a hot surface, there is no scorching at the chamber walls.

As a mains-powered desktop, the Moab delivers constant output without battery limitations. No drop in heating performance toward the end of a session, no searching for charging cables.

The 3-minute heat-up time is normal for a convection desktop. Pure convection devices need more time than conduction desktops because the entire air volume in the system must be heated. Once warmed up, temperature is stable and responds quickly to changes.

The device is designed for stationary home use. Size and weight are irrelevant -- what matters is the superior vapor quality of a convection desktop.

The Zenleaf Moab is water pipe compatible. Vapor can be routed through a water pipe via a glass adapter. At the high temperatures the Moab can reach, water cooling is especially valuable.

Convection vapor through water is one of the gentlest inhalation methods. The combination of pure convection (no combustion risk) and water filtration (cooling and filtering) yields vapor that remains smooth even at high temperatures.

Without a water pipe, use the included mouthpiece or whip system. The Moab works reliably in both modes. The WPA option extends versatility for users who already own glass pieces.

As a premium desktop, the Moab uses high-quality materials. The heating chamber holds significantly more material than portable vaporizers -- typical for desktops. This makes the Moab suitable for extended sessions or group use.

Temperature control is precise. A display shows current and target temperature. Step size is typically 1 °C, allowing very fine adjustment.

Cleaning a convection desktop is simpler than conduction: since material never contacts the heating element directly, less residue builds up. Replace the chamber screen, soak glass parts in isopropyl alcohol -- basic maintenance.
