It uses a separately available 20-mm coil and ruby balls: Cannabis Hardware specifies 100 balls measuring 3 mm or 40 measuring 4 mm. The head is offered with two titanium screens and a spring clip, with or without balls. A PID controller, compatible herb bowl, stand, and glassware are required for the setup.
The FlowerPot B0 / B-Zero is a one-piece ball vape head for dry herbs. The head contains ruby balls instead of steel balls. Cannabis Hardware sells versions with and without balls; the required 20-mm coil is sold separately.

The B-Zero page specifies 100 ruby balls measuring 3 mm or 40 measuring 4 mm. Two titanium screens and a spring clip are included with the head. The product variants distinguish between a head without balls and one filled with 3-mm rubies. A SiC insert is not part of the described dry herb setup. The claim that the B0 does not use balls is incorrect; the claim that it uses stainless steel balls is also incorrect.
The B-Zero is operated with a 20-mm FlowerPot coil, which is sold separately. A PID controller, safe stand, compatible herb bowl, and glass are also required. Cannabis Hardware specifically names the Shovelhead bowl starting with Revision J dated 17.01.2022. Earlier Shovelhead versions are reportedly too wide. The B-Zero product page lists 580 °F (304 °C) for longer draws and 600 °F (316 °C) for shorter draws as recommended settings. These are controller values.
