Zion Wireless Enail

The Zion Wireless Enail drops the power cord found on traditional e-nails and relies instead on an integrated 3500 mAh lithium battery. This delivers enough power for 60 to 80 heat cycles before needing a USB-C recharge. A full charge takes about 90 minutes. Without a cable there is no trip hazard — a constant concern with stationary e-nails and their long power supplies. The device sits freely on a table or can be held in hand without being tethered to an outlet. For extended sessions the manufacturer offers an optional power adapter that allows simultaneous charging and use.

The Zion uses a PID controller that holds nail temperature to within plus or minus 3 degrees. Target temperature ranges from 150 to 370 degrees, where lower values around 200 degrees favor terpene-rich draws and higher values near 340 degrees maximize vapor output. An OLED display shows current and target temperature simultaneously. Heat-up from power on to operating temperature takes 20 to 30 seconds. The PID algorithm compensates for the temperature drop when material is placed on the nail within a few seconds so the surface quickly returns to the set point.

The Zion Wireless Enail connects via Bluetooth reliably within about eight meters. Walls and furniture reduce the range to around five meters, which is more than enough for single-room use. The connection stays stable even with several active Bluetooth devices nearby. If the signal drops, the enail maintains the last set temperature automatically until the app reconnects.
