The herb is loaded into one of the four glass aroma tubes included in the box. The scope of delivery includes one standard and one XL tube as well as one standard and one XL tube with a 14 mm joint.
Session and On Demand mode, temperature, and device settings are controlled via the buttons and the color display on the device. There is no companion app. Depending on the target temperature, Arizer states a heat-up time of 5-15 seconds.
Charging is via USB-C Power Delivery; use during charging is supported. The internal battery cannot be replaced by the user. For a battery replacement, Arizer offers a manufacturer service.
