The PAX 3 defined pocket conduction with a closed oven, haptic feedback and around 22 seconds of heating up to approx. 215 °C. The built-in 3500 mAh battery holds multiple chambers per charge, and the capacitive lip sensors automatically raise the temperature as soon as you pull.
You get four temperature levels on the device as well as Boost, Stealth and Efficiency modes in the app, so you can adjust the behavior without a lot of buttons. The polished housing keeps odors at bay, and the half-pack lid plus concentrate insert means you can cover multiple scenarios, even though there are no dosing capsules or WPA.
You choose the PAX 3 if you want to control discreet conduction sessions via smartphone and don't need a glass adapter. The vapor remains pleasant for short, consecutive puffs, but the flat mouthpiece and non-removable battery are aimed more at light everyday use than marathon sessions.
