The target temperature is set digitally up to 538 degrees Celsius (1000 Fahrenheit); the manufacturer states the microprocessor holds it to within one to three degrees Fahrenheit. When dabbing, that margin is what separates scorched vapor from a clean, flavorful hit. The heater coil connects through a five-pin XLR plug, and the power cord runs just under two meters. A self-clean mode burns off residue at around 482 degrees in roughly half an hour. At about 13 by 8 by 5 centimeters, the LCD stays a desktop unit with no battery. High Five gives a two-year warranty on the controller and one year on the heater coil. It is sold in several kit tiers, from the bare controller with coil up to a complete set with a glass rig.
An e-nail replaces the butane flame with a regulated heating coil. Instead of heating the banger blindly and then waiting for it to cool to the right temperature, the controller holds the set temperature throughout the entire session. Coil, Nail, and the Kit Question
The heating coil connects via a five-pin XLR plug and is approximately one and a half meters long. Which nail is included depends on the kit: the LCD is available as a bare controller with heating coil, with a quartz e-banger, with a titanium or hybrid nail — right up to a complete set including a glass rig. The price nearly doubles between the smallest and largest variants. It is therefore worth checking what is included before comparing offers.
Cleaning, Dimensions, Warranty
The self-cleaning mode heats to around 482 degrees and burns off residue in approximately half an hour — saving you from having to scrape out the banger. At roughly 13 × 8 × 5 centimeters, the controller remains a desktop unit; it has no battery, and the mains cable measures just under two meters. High Five provides a two-year warranty on the controller, but only one year on the heating coil — precisely the part that wears out with everyday use.
