The cups separate the material being used from the base unit and simplify swapping and cleaning. Only use cups and materials that AirVape approves for the specific ENSŌ system. The manufacturer describes the device as an electric hookah platform; its use differs from a small dry-herb chamber.

The wide temperature range covers different cup and material types. High values are not a quality goal in themselves: they increase thermal stress and vapor intensity. Start at a low setting and only increase gradually, provided the instructions and material being used allow for it.

AirVape quotes 5,000 mAh, up to two hours of runtime, and a charging time of approximately 1 hour 45 minutes with a minimum of 15 V / 30 W. The battery is removable; AirVape sells replacement batteries that allow a session to continue without a charging break. Range and charging time vary with temperature, battery age, and power supply.

At around 33 cm tall, 12 cm in diameter, and 2.55 kg, the ENSŌ requires a stable, flat surface. Water filling and glass components increase the risk during transport. Switch off before moving, allow to cool, and remove water according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Clean the water path, glass, and cups regularly and allow them to dry completely. Never submerge electrical components. The ENSŌ suits users looking for an electric hookah with water filtration; for discreet mobile use, a classic portable vaporizer is more appropriate.
