Cleaning & Care
Cleaning tools are included with the ARTIQ. The most important areas are around the connection and the base of the cartridge, where resin residue tends to accumulate. If the LED flashes red and the device vibrates without producing vapor, the ARTIQ is not detecting a connection to the cartridge. Check that the collar and cartridge are firmly connected, and clean the contact point. A green LED confirms that the connection has been established.
To reset the ARTIQ to factory settings, hold the button for 10 seconds whilst the device is switched off.

No. The ARTIQ is a vaporizer for 510-thread oil cartridges. It has no chamber for dry herb. For dry herb, DaVinci offers dedicated devices such as the IQ3 or the MIQRO-C.
Most 510-thread cartridges with bottom airflow in sizes 0.3 g, 0.5 g, and 1 g. Oversized cartridges do not fit in the housing.
