The FlowerPot B1 is the simplified version of the B2 and focuses exclusively on dry herbs. While the B2 offers an injector attachment for simultaneous use with concentrates, the B1 omits this function. This makes the setup more compact and operation simpler. The core physics remain identical: heated balls generate instant convection. For users who only want to vaporise herbs, the B1 offers the same vapour experience at a lower price and with fewer accessories to clean.
Both FlowerPot models work with an external PID controller that drives the heating coil. PID stands for Proportional-Integral-Derivative and describes a control loop that compensates for temperature fluctuations in real time. The controller measures the current temperature at the heater head and continuously adjusts the power. During a strong draw that pulls heat from the balls, the controller immediately increases the power. The result is a temperature deviation of no more than two to three degrees — even during quick, consecutive draws.
There are various attachments from Cannabis Hardware for the FlowerPot B1. The standard head holds around 0.15g of herb material. A larger head (Bowl XL) is available separately and doubles the capacity for group sessions. For water filtration, thick-walled 18mm bongs are recommended — the FlowerPot sits directly on the joint. A titanium screen at the bottom of the head prevents material from falling into the bong.

Any bong with a 14mm or 18mm joint will work. A sturdy piece with a wide base is recommended, as the FlowerPot head has a bit of weight to it.
The B0 is the entry-level model without balls, while the B1 uses stainless steel balls for better heat retention and denser hits.
