The Camouflet Injector is a battery-powered induction heater built specifically for the titanium tips of the Convector line. Instead of a butane lighter, an induction coil heats the tip at the press of a button - evenly and repeatably. This turns any Convector, Convector XL, or Ceramo into a cordless electric vaporizer without giving up the proven convection approach. The built-in battery charges via USB-C and lasts for multiple sessions. For users who want to avoid handling gas and flames, the Injector is the most convenient option in the Camouflet system. Made in Canada. Our price comparison shows current prices for the Injector.

Induction vs Butane
The induction principle is familiar from cooking: a coil generates an alternating magnetic field that heats the titanium directly - no flame, no combustion, no gas consumption. With the Injector, you insert the Convector tip, press the button, and wait a few seconds. Temperature is nearly identical on every heating cycle, which improves repeatability over a lighter. There is no flare-up, no soot on the tip, and no gas taste.
Battery and Portability
The Injector has a built-in lithium battery that charges via USB-C. A full charge lasts for multiple sessions - the exact number depends on draw length and pauses. The device is compact enough to travel alongside a Convector. On the go, that means no butane gas to carry, no lighter to refill, no flame in the wind. At home, the Injector replaces the lighter permanently.
Compatibility with Convector Tips
The Injector works with all titanium tips from the Camouflet Convector line. This includes the Convector, Convector XL, and compatible Ceramo models. If you already own Convector accessories, everything stays in play - glass parts, wood bodies, WPA adapters. Only the heat source changes. Switching between butane and induction is possible at any time since the tip is identical in both systems.
