Temperature Settings for the Zenco Flow. You can find the complete overview on the main page.
Temperature Settings
The four Flow levels are 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 V. Zenco calls them Heat Settings on the product page, but does not publish corresponding herb temperatures there. The material temperature reached also depends on the cartridge or coil used; a voltage level is therefore not a precise Celsius setting.
According to the instructions, three presses of the button cycle through the voltage levels. Zenco recommends the lowest, yellow-marked level as a starting point. Also follow the specifications of the cartridge or coil you are using. Switching attachments is not a reason to treat the same voltage as an identical material temperature.

Zenco Flow Guides & Niches
On the linked product page and in the maintenance guide, Zenco does not publish the weight of the complete Flow. We therefore do not display a verified manufacturer value.
The base works with a compatible 510 cartridge or a suitable coil and fills the glass with vapor. The manufacturer pages do not describe an independent convection herb oven. The heating method depends on the attachment used.
The manufacturer lists four voltage levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 V. No fixed Celsius values are published for these. Three presses of the button cycle through the levels; Zenco recommends starting low.
Zenco advertises instant heat-up. The product page does not state a verified heat-up time in seconds for every cartridge or coil. The specific attachment determines the process.
First, unplug the charging cable. Zenco describes five presses of the button to turn on the device. Then hand-tighten the appropriate coil or cartridge and begin at the lowest voltage level.
The manufacturer materials used here do not specify a capacity in mAh. The maintenance guide states 1.5 to 2 hours of charging time. No specific number of sessions per charge can be derived from this.
No. According to Zenco, the device does not work with the charging cable plugged in. Unplug the cable before turning it on; use while charging is not a supported feature.
Yes, the Flow glass contains water. This does not imply a universal connection for additional water pipes. Do not cover the opening on the glass: Zenco warns that water can otherwise enter the base.
Yes. Zenco lists concentrates, compatible 510 cartridges, and dry herbs as intended uses. Use the appropriate cartridge or coil for each and do not load material directly into the base.
Remove the glass and silicone diffuser and clean them according to the manufacturer's instructions. Keep the base dry. Clear the contacts and air opening of the 510 adapter ring of residue; allow all cleaned parts to dry completely before reassembly.
