Does the Ooze Electro Barrel require a torch? +

No. The atomizer is heated electrically, completely eliminating the need for a gas torch. According to the manufacturer, no preheating is required either; the device is ready to use after being switched on.

What is the water chamber for? +

The vapour passes through water before reaching the mouthpiece. This cools it and reduces harshness. The chamber is removable, allowing the water to be changed and the chamber to be cleaned.
