Rig, dab straw and 510 battery

In rig mode, the battery and atomizer unit sits inside the water-filled glass attachment. To use the dab straw, the heated tip is placed directly against a small portion of concentrate in the container. Without the glass, the base serves as a battery for compatible 510 cartridges. The fourth configuration, described by Exxus as a bonus, combines a cartridge with water filtration. Its versatility therefore comes from arranging the same components in different ways, not from a chamber for dry herbs.

Three voltage settings and 15-second mode

Three clicks cycle between 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 volts. A lower voltage preserves flavor and is gentler on the cartridge, while a higher voltage produces more heat and vapor. Two clicks start the 15-second session mode; alternatively, the VRS heats only while the button is held down. In the rig configuration, the carb opens the airflow once vapor has accumulated in the glass.

Ceramic atomizer and 650 mAh

The ceramic atomizer is designed for concentrates and is powered by a built-in 650-mAh cell. This is sufficient for a compact multifunctional device, but considerably less than the capacity of large e-rigs. USB-C makes recharging easier. Exxus explicitly warns against overcharging and unsuitable power sources; the device should be disconnected from the cable once fully charged.

Maintenance depends on the configuration

When used as a water rig, the glass, carb and vapor path must be rinsed regularly and dried completely. When using the dab straw, the hot tip must only be removed after it has cooled down. The 510 thread and contact surfaces remain most reliable when kept free of oil and residue. Anyone who frequently switches between modes should check before each reconfiguration that the atomizer and glass are cool, dry and clean.
