About this vaporizer
The DynaVap HydraVonG is a flame-heated, battery-free vaporizer from the VapCap family, developed specifically for use with water pipes. Like all DynaVaps, it works without a battery and electronics: you heat the titanium tip with an external flame, and the bimetallic click cap signals the right temperature. The HydraVonG combines a titanium tip (the "Hydra" line) with a wooden stem and a tapered wooden mouthpiece. The trick is the design: the tapered mouthpiece fits directly into a 14-millimetre glass joint of a water pipe, without a separate water pipe adapter — for 18.8 mm connections there are matching reducing adapters. With a 62-millimetre stem and around 92 millimetres of total length, the HydraVonG is kept compact. It targets users who value water filtration in a battery-free titanium device.

No. The tapered wooden mouthpiece fits directly into a 14-Millimeter glass joint. Only larger 18.8-mm connections require a reducing adapter.
No. Like all DynaVaps, the HydraVonG is battery-free. You heat the titanium tip with an external flame, and the click cap indicates the correct temperature.
The OmniVong XL also has an adjustable Omni mouthpiece with airflow twist and an XL length. The standard HydraVonG uses a simple tapered wooden mouthpiece without this adjustment. Both are titanium.
In principle, yes, but it was developed from the ground up for water filtration and does not deliver its full benefit without a bong.
A titanium tip from the "Hydra" line, a wooden stem and a tapered wooden mouthpiece. The titanium tip is especially durable.
