Function
The metal screen forms the barrier between the herb chamber and the mouthpiece. It allows vapor to pass through while retaining fine particles so that they enter neither the vapor path nor your mouth. A clean, intact screen ensures unrestricted airflow and more pleasant draws.
Installation and compatibility
The screen fits into the mouthpiece assembly of the XVAPE XMax V3 Pro and is inserted into the lower end of the original mouthpiece. Retailers such as Vapowelt also offer it for the V4 Pro plastic mouthpiece. It does not fit into the glass mouthpiece.
Scope of delivery
The package contains exactly one metal screen. The silicone holder and other parts of the mouthpiece are not included. This product is intended for anyone who only wants to replace the screen itself and does not need a complete filter set with a holder.

No, only the individual metal screen is supplied. The silicone holder that secures the screen inside the mouthpiece is not included. If your holder is damaged, you will need to purchase it separately or as part of a complete filter set.
Does the screen also fit other XMax models?
Yes, in the V4 Pro’s plastic mouthpiece: retailers such as Vapowelt carry the screen for the V3 Pro and V4 Pro, while XMAX itself only mentions the V3 Pro. It does not fit the V4 Pro’s glass mouthpiece; a separate, taller screen is available for that.
Where is the screen located in the device?
The screen sits inside the mouthpiece, specifically at the bottom of the original mouthpiece. There, it separates the herb chamber from the vapor path and retains crumbs of herb before they can travel upwards when you inhale.
When should I replace the screen?
You should replace it when crumbs of herb begin to pass through, the draw becomes noticeably more restricted, or the screen is bent or damaged. A fresh screen restores airflow and filtration performance, helping to protect the mouthpiece as well.
Why use a metal screen instead of a disposable filter?
A metal screen is durable and can be cleaned instead of being replaced after every session. It retains its shape as long as you do not bend it during cleaning or force it out of the holder.
