The long cooling stem swaps the standard cooling unit of the Venty for a glass tube of 150 millimetres. The longer route gives the vapour time to pass heat to the glass before it reaches the mouth — the usual way of cooling a draw without water. The tube is offered in clear or smoked glass and with a straight or curved mouthpiece; the connection adapter for the device is included. That adapter is seated gently and never turned all the way home, as this damages the Venty housing.
