The Pulsar DuploCart H2O is a 510-cartridge battery with 650 mAh capacity, WPA port, and the ability to use two cartridges simultaneously. The built-in bubbler module delivers cooled concentrate vapor in 5 seconds.
The water percolation cools and smooths the vapor before it reaches the mouthpiece.
Pulsar is a US-based manufacturer specializing in creative vape products. With verified shops in the price comparison, the lowest price is easy to find.

What sets the DuploCart H2O apart: two 510-thread receptacles sit side by side on top. Both cartridges screw in and stay in place. A slide mechanism selects which cartridge fires.
This saves time when switching between different strains or concentrations. Instead of unscrewing one cartridge and replacing it, a flick of the slider is all it takes.
Compatible with standard 510 cartridges up to 10 mm diameter. Thicker CCELL cartridges or pod systems do not fit. The cartridges protrude from the top -- there is no fully concealed design like the CCELL Palm.
The dual-cartridge concept is rare on the market. Anyone who regularly uses two strains avoids the constant unscrewing and rescrewing.
The lower section of the DuploCart H2O contains a small water chamber. Vapor passes through water percolation before reaching the mouthpiece. This cools and moistens the vapor -- a softer draw than dry pens.
Filling is done through a side opening. About 5-8 ml of water is enough. Distilled water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup. The chamber should be emptied after each session so stale water does not accumulate.
Compared to a bong or water pipe, the filtration effect is more modest -- the chamber is small. Still, many users notice a tangible difference: less throat irritation and a smoother taste.
The DuploCart works without water too. The chamber stays dry and vapor flows unfiltered through the mouthpiece. Water filtration is optional, not mandatory.
The built-in 650 mAh battery delivers 250-350 puffs per charge -- more than most basic 510 pens. A verified value for the charge time to 100% is not available here.
Three voltage levels are available:
| Level | Voltage | LED | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2.7 V | Green | Flavor, thin oils |
| 2 | 3.1 V | Blue | All-round |
| 3 | 3.6 V | Red | Thick extracts, clouds |
Switch levels with a triple click on the fire button. Power on/off with five clicks. A preheat function (double click, 2 seconds) warms the cartridge, useful in cold weather.
The fire button sits on the side and compared to inhale-activated pens offers an advantage: no accidental firing in a pocket, plus more control over draw duration.
The DuploCart H2O measures roughly 120 x 45 x 30 mm and weighs 85 g without cartridges. For a 510 pen with water filtration, that is compact -- but noticeably larger than a plain stick. It fits in a pocket but will be noticeable.
Clean the water chamber with warm water and occasional isopropyl alcohol. The mouthpiece detaches for separate rinsing. Empty the water after each use -- standing water turns unpleasant quickly.
