Important for classification: the manufacturer explicitly describes the herb chamber as “combustion-style heating” with a stainless-steel pancake coil, meaning it does not provide purely combustion-free vaporization.

Three attachment types with automatic detection
The exposed 510 connection accepts the supplied wax atomizer, the herb attachment or a compatible oil cartridge. The battery detects the resistance and switches to the corresponding settings profile. The proprietary wax atomizer has an all-ceramic chamber with sidewall heating and a ceramic insert to prevent splashes. For wax, Pulsar initially recommends a portion roughly the size of a grain of rice. Standard cartridges are not included in the package and must be selected separately.

Three temperatures and five voltage levels
For concentrates, 400, 500 and 600 °F are available, corresponding to approximately 204, 260 and 316 °C. For oil cartridges and the herb attachment, Pulsar specifies 2.2, 2.8, 3.2, 3.6 and 4.0 volts. Preheat cycles can warm wax or clear a cartridge. The programs are not freely interchangeable: temperature values apply to the wax atomizer, while the battery provides an electrical voltage level for the cartridge and herb attachment.

Herb attachment with combustion heating
Inside the herb attachment, a spring-loaded plunger presses ground material against a stainless-steel pancake coil. Pulsar explicitly describes this principle as combustion-style heating. Anyone looking for a purely combustion-free herb vaporizer should therefore not equate the Delta with a convection or ceramic-chamber device. A spiral ceramic airpath insert cools the draw, and the 14-mm mouthpiece fits directly into a female 14-mm water-filter joint.

800-mAh battery, accessories and purchase check
The integrated battery has a capacity of 800 mAh and is charged via USB-C. The metal travel container holds the battery, wax atomizer, herb attachment, double-ended tool and USB-C cable. Pulsar specifies a six-month limited warranty. At the same time, the product page contains mixed user reports regarding attachment detection and durability. Before purchasing, the return policy, warranty process and replacement attachments are therefore particularly important; the threads and contacts must be kept dry and clean regularly.
