What is the difference between the Proxy and the New Proxy?
"New Proxy" is the retail name for the second generation from September 2025. It adds Bluetooth with the Puffco Connect app, a taller 3D Chamber and, per Puffco, more battery life. The 2022 original has neither the app nor Core compatibility.
How many dabs does the Puffco Proxy get per charge?
Puffco says around 15, depending on heat setting and Boost use. 420vapezone measured 12 in its test. Charging takes about 2 hours over USB-C.
What temperatures does the Puffco Proxy use?
Four settings: Blue 490 °F (254 °C), Green 510 °F (266 °C), Red 530 °F (277 °C), White 545 °F (285 °C). Custom profiles can be saved in the app.
Does old Proxy glass fit the new Proxy?
Yes. According to Puffco, all Proxy bases are compatible with all Proxy glass pieces. Only the 3D Chambers are not interchangeable: the new chamber fits the Bluetooth base only.

Does the Puffco Proxy work with dry herb?
Only with the separate Proxy Flower Bowl, a glass attachment that is currently sold out at Puffco. The 3D Chamber itself is built for concentrates.

Both include the same Bluetooth base. The Pipe Kit adds the glass pipe; the Core Kit adds the glass-free aluminum cup with a silicone mouthpiece and three terp pearls for travel.
