How Does the Heating and Temperature Control Work?
The Elite II uses hybrid heating (convection + conduction). The temperature range extends up to 221 °C; G Pen does not specify a heat-up time.
Hybrid systems combine the advantages of both methods: fast heat-up through conduction, even extraction through convection. The result is a balanced vapor experience throughout the entire session.
How Do I Charge the Battery Properly?
The Elite II has a built-in 2100-mAh battery. G Pen makes no statement regarding pass-through use whilst charging.
How Portable and Ergonomic Is the Design?
The Elite II is a portable vaporizer. It weighs 156 g — a pleasantly handy weight for everyday use.
What Accessories Are Compatible?
G Pen does not offer a water pipe adapter for the Elite II.
Additional original accessories from G Pen complement the contents of the box.
Verdict
The Elite II is a portable vaporizer by G Pen with hybrid heating (convection + conduction). It is aimed primarily at users who want fast heat-up and good extraction. Our price comparison shows it from 89.21 € incl. shipping at 85 shops.
How Do I Clean and Maintain My Vaporizer?
The Elite II has a ceramic chamber that is easy to clean. After each session, loose material should be removed with the included pick tool. The mouthpiece can be soaked in isopropyl alcohol; the airpath can be cleaned with an alcohol-soaked pipe cleaner.
Particularly important: check the screens at the chamber inlet regularly. G Pen offers replacement screens. A clogged screen noticeably increases draw resistance and degrades vapor quality. A thorough clean every 10–15 sessions keeps the Elite II in perfect condition.
Elite II vs. G Pen Dash+: Comparison Within the G Pen Line
Within the G Pen line, the Elite II is the larger, more capable device. The Dash+ is more compact and more affordable, but has a smaller battery and a simpler control concept without a color display.
The Elite II features a full-color TFT display with a three-button menu, allowing the temperature to be set precisely between 93 and 221 °C. The ceramic chamber of both devices delivers similar vapor quality; the Elite II excels above all during longer sessions thanks to the larger 2100-mAh battery with USB-C fast charging.
Controls & Display
The Elite II is controlled entirely via a full-color, high-resolution TFT display and a three-button interface — no app required; firmware updates can be installed via 2.4-GHz Wi-Fi. Via the on-screen menu you can set the temperature precisely (93–221 °C, optionally in Fahrenheit) and access functions such as Convection Boost, the session timer, and haptic feedback.
Further menu options include display brightness and switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The firmware can be updated via Wi-Fi as needed, allowing G Pen to deliver future menu or feature additions. Operation therefore remains entirely on the device — without any smartphone dependency.
