What the size is for

At 2.35 litres, the TV5 is not a pocket container but one for the stash in your cupboard. Retailers list spices, coffee and tea as typical contents alongside herbs. Sealed airtight, the aroma lasts longer than in an open bag.

The smaller siblings

TightVac makes the same jar in several sizes, down to 0.06 and 0.12 litres for travel. If you only store a few grams, a small jar is the better choice because it traps less air.
