The Simrell MVS (Modular Vortex System) is a titanium stem for DynaVap tips: 10.6 cm long, with the Stinger intercooler in the condenser, two condenser lengths and two teardrop airports, one of them split for extra turbulence. Tip and cap are not included.

Simrell →The Simrell MVS – Modular Vortex System – is not a complete device, but rather the part of a VapCap vaporiser that Simrell does best: the body behind the tip. Constructed from three titanium parts, with the spiral-shaped Stinger intercooler inside the condenser and two teardrop-shaped airports, it accommodates any DynaVap tip together with its cap. Those are precisely what you need to provide; the box contains only the stem.

No. The MVS is only the stem. The tip and cap come from DynaVap or a third-party supplier and are purchased separately.
Any DynaVap tip with a standard cap. Simrell describes the MVS as backwards-compatible with the entire DynaVap range.
It is a spiral-shaped intercooler inside the condenser that cools the vapour on its way to the mouthpiece. Two condenser lengths are included.
Approximately 10.6 centimetres long and 12 millimetres in diameter at its widest point – made from titanium.
