Über dieses Gerät

Die Cannabis Hardware Whisper ist eine beheizte E-Nail-Station aus 6061-Aircraft-Aluminium, gebaut in Florida. Statt einer eigenen Elektronik bringt sie eine 25-Millimeter-Axialspule und ein Hitzeableitblech mit — den PID-Controller steckt man hinten per XLR an. Getestet ist sie mit den PID-Reglern von Cannabis Hardware und Auber; die meisten E-Nails nutzen den gleichen XLR-Standard. Das Prinzip ähnelt den FlowerPot-Ball-Vapes derselben Marke: Die Station hält den Nagel oder Banger auf Temperatur, während das Hitzeableitblech die Oberfläche kühler hält (rund 200 Fahrenheit Differenz laut Hersteller). Zwei Fächer im Gehäuse fassen Blüten-Diffusoren und einen 25-Millimeter-Banger, sodass Zubehör nicht lose herumliegt. Weil sich sowohl Blüten-Diffusoren als auch Konzentrat-Banger einsetzen lassen, deckt die Whisper beide Materialarten ab. Cannabis Hardware gibt ein Jahr Garantie.

Die Whisper ist kein E-Nail mit eigener Elektronik, sondern eine beheizte Station: Sie bringt die 25-Millimeter-Axialspule und das Gehäuse mit, den Regler steckt man hinten per XLR an. Das ist ein wichtiger Punkt vor dem Kauf — wer noch keinen PID-Controller besitzt, braucht ihn zusätzlich. Getestet ist die Whisper mit den Reglern von Cannabis Hardware und Auber, und weil die meisten E-Nails denselben fünfpoligen XLR-Standard nutzen, passen auch andere gängige Controller. Das Konzept ist dasselbe wie bei den FlowerPot-Ball-Vapes der Marke: ein robuster Heizkörper, dem man die Steuerung beistellt.

Ist bei der Whisper ein Controller dabei? +

Nein. Die Whisper ist eine beheizte Station mit Spule und Gehäuse; den PID-Controller steckt man hinten per XLR an, er muss separat vorhanden oder gekauft werden.

Welche Controller passen zur Whisper? +

Getestet ist sie mit den PID-Reglern von Cannabis Hardware und Auber. Da die meisten E-Nails den fünfpoligen XLR-Standard nutzen, passen auch andere gängige Controller.

Kann ich mit der Whisper auch Blüten verdampfen? +

Ja. Das Gehäuse fasst sowohl Blüten-Diffusoren als auch einen 25-mm-Konzentrat-Banger, deckt also beide Materialarten ab.

Woraus besteht die Whisper? +

Aus 6061-Aircraft-Aluminium, gefertigt in Florida. Ein Hitzeableitblech hält die Oberfläche kühler als den Nagel.
